Career overview Many times in my career I have needed to work beyond
my experience and training. During these events I did my best to define what

for equipment installation & certification, upgrades and removal, worked

4200 carrier systems Cisco 7200 & 7200VXR, 7500, 12000,
Fujitsu FLM 2400 / FLM 150 System, Cac Wide bank, Adtran 2800, Adtran HDSL,
Alcatel Light span 2000 · Class 5 end office services (Lucent 5ESS, Nortel
DMS, & Sonus). Resolving issues that include DT, 800 numbers, PRI trunk
group & multi-line hunt groups. · VoIP services on the Broadworks platform. · Phone support to field technicians and customers to
resolve issues. These issues include DT, DID trunk groups, PRI’s both trunk
group and facility. · Provided local hands for customer both internal and
external. Installed hardware, power, and connection points, these were
Ethernet, T1, Fiber and DS3’s per install specification. · Tested and turned up to traffic to inter-switch
handoff trunks for both the 5ESS and CSG switches. · Perform Maintenance to clear alarms, and
troubleshoot circuits in the Fujitsu FLM 2400 / FLM 150 Fiber System, and
both the 5ESS and CSG switches. · Worked with facility providers (SBC, Level 3, XO,
etc) to resolve CFA and drop location issues. · Coordinated shipment of required hardware not on
